I’m an educator, writer, and reflective creator who pays attention to how people feel in the middle of things. Teaching gave me language for that instinct through social and emotional learning, but it’s always been there.

I work with stories, media, and moments we usually move past too quickly. Writing, analysis, and photography help me slow things down, name what matters, and make space for empathy and clarity over perfection.
