Hey, I'm Nicholas Rosa.
I’ve been drawn to education for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid, I found myself naturally leaning toward empathy, trying to understand people, support them, and help however I could.
Over time, I realized that teaching was the most meaningful way for me to do that. It gave me a space to not only share knowledge, but to connect with people in a way that felt human, intentional, and lasting.

My path into teaching was built over time, including nearly a decade in special education where I developed a deep understanding of student needs, behavior, and emotional support.
I hold a degree in Human Development from Cal State San Marcos, along with a teaching credential and Master’s in Education from Alliant International University.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: students learn best when they feel seen, understood, and supported. Empathy isn’t an add-on, it’s the foundation.
Creativity has always been a constant in my life. What started with drawing evolved into photography, and eventually into design—building websites, creating classroom materials, and developing purposeful resources.
For me, teaching and creativity aren’t separate. Everything I create is shaped by the same lens: empathy, clarity, and purpose.
To my wife, Taryn, my family, friends, and my cat Jasper, thank you for your support through it all. I’m incredibly lucky to have you, and it’s because of that support that I’ve been able to keep growing and moving forward.
